no, it's not that bad but still... I'm quite close to some of them and last Monday I knew that 5 people quit and then I've been 4 days and now it's 8 people leaving alltogether - our boss did know but not for a long time. It is quite sad, especially if you work with humans and are responsible for them.
Loom bands .. I can't make them and I just walked through my tiny front room tripped over and stepped on a loom board ... May as well have been Lego !! .. Bloody things

I just figured out how to make one badly !!! I work with special needs children ... Mainly Autistic children and downs. I also have 2 high schools age sons. So I have to keep up with these things ... I am the most un motherly woman you could meet. I think they like me as I'm basically one big child myself who has never managed to grow up !
