I was ready to comment to such a thread but I don't see one and didn't want this to just be for a specific show. So enter here your wish song or setlist if you are planning to attend the North American 2023 tour.
-------------------------------
Here's mine:
I have been attending Cure live shows since 2008, which makes me a late-comer to the scene. But I am very happy with the Reeves Gabrels-version of the band. He's been in the band since 2011 or 2012? I really enjoy his playing and he fits well with the "old" band.
So a 2013 or 2016 style setlist is fine with me. There are simply many songs in the standard pop setlist that I don't care for (like Pictures of You or Lullaby) but I have to put up with them while waiting for my stuff.
Getting to hear 10:15 Saturday Night and Killing Another at the close of my first 2008 show led me to believe this was standard, but this was a throwback and not something to expect in 2023. But I would be happy to hear either again.
Songs I would like to hear: The Figurehead, Other Voices, The Holy Hour, All Cats are Grey, Like Cockatoos, Icing Sugar.
Songs I would like to hear that the band likes to play in the last decade: 2 Late, Harold and Joe, High, Burn, Bloodflowers.
Impossible songs that would make me happy. Now I was the attendee at the 03.11.2013 New Orleans - Festival Grounds at City Park (USA/LA) show. I got to hear 'Burn' performed live for the first time ever, so I have no right to impossible songs. But if they are out there: Splintered in Her Head, Another Journey by Train, Sadacic, Happy the Man, Throw Your Foot, A Foolish Arrangement, Delirious Night, or Babble.
And as always, I'm happy to get a final encore of Carnage Visors: The Soundtrack. It's only 27:51, so no problem for our heroes...
