I have decided, that I am going to sneak The Cure into work whenever I can. By this I mean things like managing to drop song lyrics into boring meetings, or my lessons
I have played this kind of game with a colleague before, and not told anyone else and it has been great fun. I suspect I am incredibly immature, but it makes things better. I used to do it with quotes from the BBC pastiche show W1A too.
We often listen to the Cure when we unpack our surgery-stuff, and depending of the doctor, we listen to music during surgerys - and if I’m the one controlling the playlist, the Cure is on!

Does anyone want to join me?
I'll join you. We play a similar game at work. One whistles or signs a song at work and see if anyone else repeats the song for your favor..Its fun.
most people where i work wouldn't know who they are. country music... thankfully a friend just sent me some excellent new (to me, friend upgraded) headphones that shut the whole world out. the new beach house record is most excellent on phones!
At my work (corporation) most of the time it's impossible to listen to music. In any case, the people who I work with would start complaining after three songs of The Cure. Among my all workmates there is one (!) I can talk to about the music I really like.
But today is an exceptional day as it's a one day break between the holiday and the weekend and most of the people has a day off. I'm all alone on my floor, I barely talk on the phone, preparing slowly some reports and listening to music. Although it's been Radiohead and Nirwana so far, not The Cure, it's veeeery nice.
But I don't see And I don't feel But tightly hold up silently My hands before my fading eyes And in my eyes Your smile
I mistook stars reflected in a pond at night for those in the sky.

Enjoy! Those were my *favorite* times in the office the last time I worked in one (which was huge and had almost 10,000 people in the two adjoined buildings - ugh).
I hope you get a lot done to a soundtrack of THE CURE! Save

I would love to join you, but I typically either have to choose from a pre-selected playlist or just use "nature sounds" at work. Gruh.
A few years ago I created my own playlist and took it to work on a flash drive, but after one person said, "Can you change the music? I'm not really liking it", I never used it again. I had included "Plainsong" on it.
You, on the other hand, have a job that affords a tonne of fun possibilities. Let us know how you work them in. SaveSave

That day when I was playing one of the songs of Massive Attack my work mate came and said 'God, what is the music you're listening to? It's so strange. Ugh...' Well, I guess I prefer to keep my music only for myself.
