Just called the record store to ask if they’ll have Torn Down. “I’m listening to it as we speak”! Then the clerk told me I should be prepared to line up at 4 or 5am if I want to get my hands on it. Oh boy. Not sure if I want it that badly
Before I even woke up they were gone. Oh well. I'm not paying through the nose for it. What is the actual price of this? Amazon has one for $80 already. Not paying that. I'd rather the mp3s anyway. Are they available yet?

Does anyone know who to contact when the download code paper is not in the album?
I would take it up with the store as a first step. Chances are they may have had similar reports from others. They should take it up with their distributors. Don't take any carp from them. You are THEIR customer & not UMG's customer.

Missed both... I had also contacted the record shop this time, they told me they had ordered them but when I went there yesterday they told me nothing had showed up. Oh well, I've found something to cheer me up anyway Torn down RSD version on Amazon.it is now being sold for 55 euros, unbelievable!
The shop I went to ended up having more than a handful of both torn down and mixed up. Torn down is okay in my opinion. Its really nice that RS used the original vocal stems on all the remixes but instrumentally it just sounds like he was messing around on ableton/reason. My favs are plainsong and last day of summer.

My local record shop still has copies of Mixed Up and Torn Down in stock. If anyone is still looking for copies, PM. I can get the copies for you at retail price, plus shipping.

Don't hate me!! So I got my hands on several copies but have not gather the strength to cut any open. Waiting for the black vinyl to be release in June but of course NOT in the US market!! Youtube has not release a thing, too quiet on the home front. Amazon Prime doesn't have it. So i sit here like Robert in a straight jacket in case i get tempted to tear the album open and listen to it....HELP!!!

Was able to get a copy of both Mixed Up and Torn Down last night at my local record shop (they had one copy of Mixed Up and three of Torn Down). Looking forward to digging into these this week.

Has anyone compared the Mixed Up remaster to the old CD? I'm wondering whether I will want to get rid of the CD and my Never Enough CD single or hold on to them.

I'd wait if I were you. All of the deluxe CDs mastering compressed the audio & made them sound worse than the originals. It's not even worth running a dynamic range test on these picture discs because of the excessive surface noise. The gaps between the tracks are practically roaring because the needle isn't actually touching the vinyl. There's a layer of plastic & a photo between it & the actual record. It would have been a lot better (& cost effective) on a flexi disc really. But if the greatest hits remaster (on proper vinyl) is anything to go by, we could be in for a treat. That was done pretty nicely.
