I was wondering if you knew any site recollecting every single tour merchandising? I can find some things here and there, mostly quite a number of t-shirts on afoolisharrangement, but it doesn't state which ones are official merchandise, although i can guess what is. Surely plenty of things are missing from there. Like, for i don't know why but when i went to see them in 1998 i didn't buy anyshirt and probably didn't even went to see the official stand. I know there was a white t-shirt with black 'euro' logo looking like a football team on it, but i wonder if there was anything else. I was wondering if there was another site detailing what official merchandise has been produced?
Thanks
Fabien

That's not true. It used to be okay for merchandise until interscope really got their teeth into it. The merch selection was fine, although there aren't many band sites that'll continue stocking older ranges as print runs end & low demand doesn't justify running any more. It was still not too much of a train wreck even when they handed the merch deal to sandbag in 2012. In fact, more or less right up until this tour it has had a good selection of merchandise. Only since February this year has the online store turned into a shop front for UMG & all of their rubbish. But that's not really the point. What Fabien's looking for is a repository of all the historic (official) merch & not an online shop.
Sometimes the official site was great! Think about the time of release of WMS, of Greatest Hits, of Disintegration deluxe edition, plenty of nice things appeared then! Although that's true the merch page has rather been quite classic, but what else would you find?
In fact, I'd like to find everything official, contest prises, Rogers tambourine, free giveaway, art, absolutely verything that is not a record, that will appear one day on thecurerecords.com Will try to make a list, will take some time and need you help to complete it, but i don't know how to make a website like this.
It could be as simple as a tumblr type blog with photos & captions with a bit of info about the items. I'm sure the community world wide would be happy to send you photos to build up an archive. We can certainly put the call out on social media if you do start something
T-SHIRT PIC and a line of text T-SHIRT PIC and a line of text T-SHIRT PIC and a line of text T-SHIRT PIC and a line of text T-SHIRT PIC and a line of text etc ...
then another page OBJECT PIC and a line of text OBJECT PIC and a line of text OBJECT PIC and a line of text OBJECT PIC and a line of text OBJECT PIC and a line of text etc ...
thing is, as soon as there is a link, for example to open another page of list or to another bigger image, it seems that you need to have a website. Even if the layout looks very simple.
I really want to do just lists
But thecurerecords, in theory, in my mind, is just pics lists, picturesofyou is just that, afoolisharrangement is just tyhat, and there are website, and on another hand i don't really see the difference with a forum, i mean, for example on this space I'm currently writing, i could put several pictures one below the other, and create another thread for another object section, and etc...
I understand it's different but it's somehow looks so similar to me... I feel like learning html language will be another trouble when i see that a forum layout is so easy to use.
It's like i could do it at home for myself simply with a Word text page, and distribute it to whoever wants it... but available directly for everybody to read online.
