Going to give this a bit of a bump. Looking at this thecurecommunity.freeforums.net/thread/40/latest-cure-purchase?page=99 There seems to be a time theme in there too. But I still can't make the link. Searching for Fibonacci clocks returns stuff that looks bugger all like the clocks on the merchandise, so back to square one again.

'you move in time but it's always back' 1979 - 2016 37 (by the way mort only knew until now it's my fav. combo of numbers) Three Imaginary Boys - Five Imaginary Men (or friends if you like) Anyway i'm sure all those numbers have to do with '4:13' album and some new (old) stuff. Time, only time will prove everything. Also, wasn't a clock at some point during Disintegration / Prayer Tour ? Or was it on 'Fascination Street' video-clip ? Please forgive for sayin'too much without giving a point, blame the damn alcohol :$

Here is the Prayer Tour clock...have the shirt in my archives
This whole number thing is quite intriguing. Would be great if there is more to it, then just new merch.
As number theories can easily be misleading, I really hope this is leading towards something - maybe a concept album ...
11:15 Restate my assumptions: 1: Mathematics is the language of nature. 2: Everything around us can be represented and understood through numbers. 3: If you graph the numbers of any system, patterns emerge. Therefore, there are patterns everywhere in nature.
All these proposals are interesting. It is true that this corresponds exactly to the numbers of Fibonacci.
In this sequence, each term is the sum of 2 terms that generates a sequence of integers. We need 2 elements and not just one. Idem with the example of the pair of 2 rabbits. Everything starts from 2 subjects.
This can make me think of the relationship to love that Robert, that deep feeling of being 2 to feel happy, fulfilled, alive. That every human being needs to be 2 to build and build a bright future.
In my opinion, the children would have been a logical sequel (like Fibonnaci's), I am sure he would have made a good father and that would have allowed him to be a little more posed and less melancholy. Very beneficial for him but afterwards, it is a personal choice. So here is one of my interpretations !
That's quite interesting actually. In terms of "2" it could conceivably refer to the live shows needing both the band & the audience to complete the calculation
Has anyone found any meaning to the numbers that appeared on all of the merch and new guitars from the 2016 tour? Or is it still mysteryvill?
Well, as you can see from this thread, the numbers are without a doubt the Fibonacci sequence. But since there is no word from Robert or the boys about the significance, we can only guess why those numbers were so prominent this past tour. What are your thoughts on the numbers?
Maybe it's a fascination of eternity, because he aleays goes on about the end? Does that make sense?
He also quotes Camus "live to the point og tears" in a concert program. I don't think there is a deeper meaning but quoting something he finds beautiful og fascinating.
But I'm pretty stupid analyze-wise, and maybe a little asberger. I can't always read between the lines...
I've just realised something & can't believe it took this long to click. There's absolutely no relevance with the clockface hand positions. Look at any store photo of a watch or clock. Just about all of them read the same time
I think the presence of clocks is more a nod to the idea of "time" than anything else. The spiral is infinite, time is also infinite and continues forward forever (whether we want it to or not).
