Fed up. Mess everywhere, boiling hot & I've torn some muscles in my side & back & can't even pick stuff up anymore.
Isn't there anyone to help you? That's a lot of work ugh. And for f sake get an air conditioner for the window at least. Don't they sell them over there? What is the deal? Feel better sleep in the fridge tonight.

I have air conditioning. Had it for years, but can't run it while there's a constant cloud of dust in the air or it'll bugger up the filters. That's not really the problem though I have help, but feel a bit useless as i simply can't lug stuff about or lift stuff.
Our elevator has been out of service for 9 1/2 months. Upon finishing a marathon day of manual labor I wasn't sure I would get through, I saw a text saying the elevator is fixed.
I'm about to get "all tore up from the floor up" in celebration. Feeling elated.

Had a dreadful week! Went to normal work monday Went to normal work tuesday, then a meeting at my youngest daughter’s school. Wasn’t even home before the hospital called at 21:45 “hello organ donation = hello being at work for the next 8 hours”
Still exhausted after that night.
Really really as in REALLY looking forward to begin my summer holiday on friday (I’m in love)
AND in exactly 14 days (and 4 hours) I will stand in front of Orange Stage, waiting for our boys to play (SDS I guess...) I will prpbably get a really serious allergy attack, or get hit by all the dust... I’m certainly not crying, if that is what you suggest... and it was NOT crying!

steve, I strongly caution you against another joke like this.
Not good. I thought I had caught a cold but it resembles more and more tonsillitis. Pain is really big, I have a problem even with drinking tea and the fever is growing. On Monday I have an appointment with my doc for quite another reason so at least I don't have to worry about how to reach a doc. Instead I wonder how my incredibly "understanding" company react for another sick leave in this month. BTW, I think I didn't tell that I've been working for over four months now two jobs. I've been covering also for my ill workmate since mid-February. After three months my bosses "noticed" that obviously he was absent and decided to hire someone to fill in. It's not that easy though and still there is no one to do at least part of the job.
But I don't see And I don't feel But tightly hold up silently My hands before my fading eyes And in my eyes Your smile
I mistook stars reflected in a pond at night for those in the sky.

As someone who still gets tonsillitis in her 40's, I can totally commiserate lioness. It's so painful. I'm so sorry.
Can you force yourself to gargle with some (disgusting) salt water? Won't cure it, but it will help some.
It sounds like your body is worn out, understandably. Your company had better understand as overwork is likely part of why you are now sick again.
Please take care of yourself however you can. (We need a caretaking emoji).
