What are you doing right now?

I love all creatures (OK, apart from mosquitoes...) but orphaned baby pigeons seem to love human company!! Baby Woodpigeons less so and baby Collard Doves, not at all, but baby ferals? They'll run up your leg given half a chance...



I like the baby Jackdaws,Crows and Magpies, they are hilarious: always looking for a way to out-smart the humans. You can just see them sitting there thinking the whole time. Cheeky little oiks!!!



'Orphan Season' is just beginning to start, so for the next few months, my posts on a Thursday night/Friday morning will be one long squeeeeeeeeeee ... as I try not to get baby animal food and/or poo on my nice new iPad!!



Last night, we had fox cubs (squeeeeee!!!), a woodcock, a goose, hedgehogs, crows, a mouse and then, three newts came in. I don't think I've EVER seen a newt in-the-flesh. Soooooooo cute!!!

Bah, she has an ear infection...so pulled out. So now I'm sat here, all ready for a drink, but I hate drinking alone.

Spending all day rebraiding my hair, ugh. Still, will be a good opportunitity to catch up on the LatAm footage, I haven't really had time to watch anything properly yet

Also considering some afternoon Zzzzzzzzzz's so i can stay up to watch\listen to tonight's show, I'm so excited anyone would think i was actually going to Chile myself.......Maybe if i start walking now i could get there in time??? Southend to Santiago shouldn't take too long surely???
