As we gear up for a new GW, let’s see what happened last week shall we?
Bournemouth appear to have found their form and, despite struggling Leicester taking an early lead, The Cherries gave their caretaker manager something to cheer about turning the game around to win 2-1.
Chelsea’s re-shaping under Graham Potter seems to be working as the took a comfortable 3 points off manager-less Wolves who seem stricken in the bottom 3.
It was a bad day at the office for Erling Haaland who could only manage the one goal in FFP FC’s defeat of Southampton. He even managed to miss one. But Cancelo, Foden & Mahrez were all on target to crush the Saints 4-0.
Bonesaw UTD curb stomped Brentford 5-1, while Kane’s goal was the only thing that separated the south coast scum from Spuds at the seaweed’s home ground.
Some calamitous defending on Sunday saw Leeds take the lead at Palace. However, in a pretty physical encounter, Edouard levelled soon after &, in the second half, a sublime strike from Eze meant the Eagles fans went home glad all over having not chucked 3 points down the toilet again.
Wet Spam hauled themselves up the table with a 3-1 win over Fulham and Arsenal returned to the top of the table after the 5 goal thriller that saw Martinelli score after just 1 minute & Saka cooly burying the winner from the spot in the 76th minute.
Manc Untidy came from behind to snatch all 3 points as Rapenaldo scored his 700th club goal at Neverton to close Sunday’s schedule.
Monday and Forest managed to pry themselves off the foot of the table with a well won point against an out of form Villa.
The excitement continued in the FPL where the IGM picked up 652 points for the win.
The Yellow Jersey makes its way to a new washing machine with schmed ’s The Clash Athletic retaking laundry duties.
The Big Shout out this week, for 80 points, went to our star man, BlueHughes ’s Team WMS
The EIB managed to win the H2H week with 19 points for the week
while the Crown changes heads with Benteke Fried Chicken taking charge of the pointy hat.
After the neighbours complained about the black shed, amid fears of ritual sacrifices & witch craft, we were forced to paint it green. But we did defiantly hang bunting on it to celebrate the win in the H2H
On to GW11 & don’t forget. It starts on Friday so get your transfers in as soon as you can.
