It's a bit rubbish innit? It's updated by people who have no clue what they're on about & there are so many inaccuracies. I just made an editor account & can pretty much do what the feck I like on any page. It's that easy. You don't even need an account, so it's even easier to edit stuff. You can bring dead people back to life & people will believe it for the time it takes for someone to undo your edit. I'm not saying that anyone should add nonsense to it, but maybe make some stuff a bit more accurate.
It's a dangerous website. When I was in college we were given strict rules when researching for term papers. Wikipedia was strictly OUT. It is NOT a peer reviewed or officially fact checked site. In fact any paper siting articles from there was automatically given a failing grade. Encyclopedia Britannica was the only allowed online encyclopedia. Otherwise we had to use JSTOR and other sites that were fact checked and peer reviewed.
Having said that, when Robert says Perry has "officially re-joined the band" Then he has officially re-joined the band. Otherwise, he is just hanging out with them. Do I think he has? Yes, but when Robert, Perry or anyone else in the band confirms it, then and only then will I believe it.

Wikipedia is Dave. Dave sits at the bar in every pub in every town & city. Dave has an opinion on everything, the self proclaimed 'font of all knowledge'. Dave has had 6 pints. The lines between fact, fiction, fantasy & bull in Dave's World become increasingly blurred as the eveningprogresses. But that doesn't deter Dave from passing on his wisdom to anyone who will listen. Against your better judgement you ask Dave a question . You're aware that Dave isn't always reliable but you've had seven pints so Dave must be telling the truth. Dave is Wikipedia. Wikipedia is Dave!
