Apologies as I haven't prepared a usual summary this week.
I'm a bit pushed for time & my heart wasn't really in it after this weekend.

However, the week went to BB&S with 736 points praise2

with the Yellow Jersey staying with Mav787's DynaMo Salah. praise2

The H2H was closer but 2 points were enough for BB&S to take the week on 18 points.
The crown stays this week with schmed's The Clash Athletic.

GW5 & 6 will be quick turnarounds so please attend to your various teams asap.

This game-week opened up with the red side of Manchester visiting Southampton, with United picking up another win since dropping Maguire to the bench…

Everton, away to Brentford, had to settle for just one point again after Gordon (The only Everton player anyone should even consider having in their Fantasy team) got their goal in the first half only to concede late on.

The Seagulls overcame Leeds and kept yet another clean sheet having only conceded one goal so far this season. Their keeper Sanchez and centre-back Dunk some nice cheap options if you believe this will continue.

Chelsea were down to ten men early on but they managed to overcome Leicester, maybe a little fortunately, to take a 2-1 victory!

The old ‘meta’ captaincy pick, Salah, was in action for Liverpool against Bournemouth and played the full 90 minutes as they thumped them 9-0 (I was hoping for that tenth goal for the record to finally be broken), managing to accrue a staggering 3 fantasy points in total...

Well done if you had Diaz instead, or if you were mad enough to have Firmino.

It looked like a Zaha-less Crystal Palace were going to shock Man City but then the mad Norwegian happened and City turned a 2-0 deficit into a 4-2 win.

The final game of the Saturday saw the Gunners without Zinchenko but continuing their 100% winning record against Fulham in which low-FPL cost striker Mitrovic bagged another goal and some tasty Fantasy points too.

Sunday was a less enthralling day of football but West Ham did manage to score their first goal of the season four games in, as Gerrard’s Aston Villa (First manager to be sacked?) struggled again.

Wolves and Newcastle shared the spoils as Trippier, owned by 28.1%, managed just 2 points… you can’t expect 6+ points every week I suppose.

The weekend of football ended at the City Ground as Forest hosted Spurs in the best game of the day with a goal from Kane in the first ten minutes and then in the last ten of regular time too. Henderson saved a Kane penalty with the power gained from his cap, whilst Ri-floor-ison got wiped out Sunday League style after showboating late in the second half.

On Tuesday Palace left it until the 88th minute to toss a one goal lead away after Zaha’s sublime finish had put the hosts ahead 59 minutes in.
At Fulham Mitrovic rifled in Kebano’s cross & Lewis Dunk added an OG to put the Cottagers 2 up against the south coast scum who pulled one back 5 minutes later through a Mac Allister penalty.
Having taken the lead against Southampton, Chelsea somehow managed to lose 2-1 despite having 68% of the ball. Although not being able to hit a cow’s erse with a banjo may have been a major factor in a result that drops them down to 6th in the table.
Leeds’ Colombian winger, Sinisterra rescued a point for Leeds against Neverton after Gordon had put the visitors ahead early in the first half with a finish cooler than a penguin’s erse. & that’s why Chelsea want to buy him.
Wednesday and Arsenal’s Brazillian duo (that’s a lot of duos) secured their 100% start to the season against Villa despite Luiz' remarkable equaliser keeping them in the top spot for another week.
Bournemouth’s sacking of Scott parker after their 9-0 mauling against Liverpool seemed have paid off with them grabbing a vital point against Wolves in a hard fought 0-0 draw while Erling Haaland scored his second hat trick in 4 days as FFP FC put Forest to the sword 6-0.
Spurs rode their luck somewhat to come away with a 1-1 result at the tax payer’s stadium against Wet Spam & Liverpool left it until the 98th minute to snatch the winner against Bonesaw UTD as new boy Carvalho hooked in the decider taking the reds up to 5th.
Rounding up the week Manc Untidy continued their resurgence at the King Power, condemning Leicester to the bottom of the pile with a slim 0-1 victory.

In the FPL it was Haaland owners who raked in the points this week & the BB&S managed a 773 point win. praise2
