I got the Wild Mood Swings picture disc but it's always been my favorite Cure album overall. It sounds pretty fantastic really, always heard bad things about how picture discs sound but never had one until Bloodflowers and that one sounded good to me, this one sounds even better.

Use the download code, that sounds better than the picture disc.
Now have WMS on Cassette, CD and Vinyl. It was the second Cure album I ever bought when I first was getting into them in 1997 as a 16 year old kid. Remember those days fondly, discovering each new Cure album was like finding treasure. I held no preconceived notions as to what The Cure was supposed to be and WMS along with Show, Paris and Disintegration were the first albums I bought all on cassette. I feel like Want, Jupiter Crash and Mint Car are three of the finest Cure songs ever and they all are on this album. I see people's issue who say it's not the most cohesive album, it truly isn't, it covers various moods and styles so if you are looking for a theme then I guess you wouldn't like it but if you take it song by song and judge it that way it's pretty great overall, to me anyway.
So much to enjoy throughout the whole discography though, do think the last two albums from 2004 and 2008 have been the weakest ones, still hoping for a new one although it's been 13 years now, really enjoyed Cureation and Anniversary Live boxset. My wife and I caught Anniversary Live in the theatre and that was a really cool experience.
