Robert 1. is a slow poke (aka a procrastinator) 2. Times EVERYTHING. Releasing a new album in a pandemic where nobody can gather in groups of 25 or more (aka no concerts) and we have to dress like Batman just to go to the grocery store is NOT good business sense. I fear it's not coming until, like the groundhog, he peeks his head out of his house and the coast is "clear".
