Defo Wish for me, I was kind of lukewarm about it when it came out and time hasn't changed anything. The only tracks that really ring my bell are FTEOTDGS and End. THOTD might not have epics like those but I can still listen happily to the whole thing with pleasure, naff saxophone solos included!

No love for Open??
Nah not really! Good lyrics but it doesn't do much for me overall *shrugs*
The last round will be definitely be blind, no visible results until the poll is locked. I think we could maybe start a little earlier than the last round - when we get down to the top 3 albums? Get some proper drama!
In the case of a draw, I'll work out some kind of aggregate score over the duration of the whole thing. Probably total votes cast, that'll add some spice.
In the case of a draw, Torn Down wins. The last shall be first.
Ooooh, can we analyze the results using SPSS, run some kind of regression analysis or something?
I'm going to throw something out there. A Forest isn't on Seventeen Seconds. Is it still in your top 5 or so? A better album than Wish or The Head on the Door?
It wouldn't be as good without A Forest but there are songs I prefer...At Night/M/Secrets/Play For Today.
A great album but I love Wish and The Head on the Door more. Still in my top 9 with or without A Forest but better with it included.

Absolutely! At the very least, the band should be mapping voting patterns to individual users and territories to ensure we all get our ideal setlist next tour
I will be interested to see if there is a two way tie at the end. How would you handle that? Just curious? Both go and none of the albums left? Or sudden death? ! haha

I left you for a short while and you got rid of Join the Dots and Bloodflowers... That was cruel So many beautiful albums to listen to in my music journey through evicted ones...
It's so hard now... Except for one only the best records stayed in the game so it might be the last one 'easy' voting for me. Basically every Cure album is great and exceptional, at least against the background of the other music, but those on the lists are true crème de la crème.
That one exception is THOTD which has my vote in this round. I'm sorry though because of Kyoto, Sinking (!!!) and ANLT.
I hope you let Wish stay. It's a marvellous album... Open, FTEOTDGS (!!!), Doing The Unstuck, Trust (!), A Letter To Elise, Cut (still find it a great, incredible song although I deeply love Away version and regret very much it was changed), To Wish Impossible Things (!!) and all the b-sides (!!!), Lost Wishes, all the other demos... Just think, just listen... Wish era is absolutely amazing.
But I don't see And I don't feel But tightly hold up silently My hands before my fading eyes And in my eyes Your smile
I mistook stars reflected in a pond at night for those in the sky.
Boris' drumming on End seemed like enough to save Wish for me at the time of listening. Have to find time to hear KMx3 in one sitting before Friday to be sure...
