Round 13: Album Survivor Game (ends Monday 9th September)

For me, Pronography was an emotional crutch at a time when my family fell apart & I moved from South London down to the South coast in Worthing & I look (& listen) back on it with a lot of mixed feelings (not all of them good). It's where i go when I am truly angry these days.
But I listen to Seventeen Seconds, Faith & Pronography now & sometimes think that they are back to front. Faith & Seventeen Seconds seem infinitely more mature in comparison. More "levelling" if you see what I mean. & certainly way way darker.
That's just how I feel about them of course & for me, the way an album speaks to me tends to make it more or less special than another album.
Today (37 years on) Pronography kind of reminds me of a moody teenager & I have to be in just the right frame of mind to really appreciate what it's saying.
