I just read the entire thread, including your very nice written post, picturesofyou.
I'm glad you enjoyed the show, and it's sweet that it can be felt just by reading your words. Thank you for sharing this with us !
There's just something that I don't agree at all with you, and that's when you say that you don't have anything to offer back to them.
Your love for them and for their songs, your devotion, the way you support them through the years, how you cheer them and sing the songs at the shows, and show how happy you are to be there... Those things are SO precious.
It's the best you can offer them, because it is what makes them enjoy performing so much. Loving, respectful, passionate and loyal fans are the best any band can ask for.
I'm sorry to write a long post like that when nobody asked me anything, it's just that it makes me sad that you think you have to do complicated things to offer them something meaningful and special, when being you and loving them the way you do is so beautiful and it's priceless.

Jlh you write as many long posts as you like. That is why this is called The Cure Community. Everyone's opinions matter and your write up was lovely too. Xo

Nooo, thank you so much for your feedback! I loved it, and I love to read what other fans think about these topics. I know I shouldn't feel that way, but sometimes I just can't help it. It happens especially when there are no concerts in sight ...

Don't worry, I'm sure you will have a lot of other chances to see them. Meanwhile, you have those happy and precious memories of the times you saw them to help you wait
