Is RS paid to play Schechter exclusively? If so how does Reflections and this set factor into that agreement I wonder?

Which is why Bob keeps organising events like this so he can play proper guitars instead of that schechter rubbish.
For any regular cure gig it looks like he's under contract to play schecters.
He had the guitars specially customised to how he wants them to sound & feel & I'm pretty sure he would have had to stump up for some of the development costs.
Schecter will then likely supply & service (paint jobs, improvements etc) the guitars in return for using his name on the signature editions to sell a few units.
But I doubt there's a contract (like with football shirt sponsors) & he could decide to use whatever he feels works best.

A red Gibson 335 as in this Instagram post by his current guitar tech:

A red Gibson Les Paul (as in photo & discussion earlier here).
A red vintage guitar with Jaguar body* as shown in this Instagram:

The white Modena sitar by Italia he plays on Pictures of You.
And his Reverend Guitars signature Spacehawk -- also in red! is there a theme here? -- which he designed for playing with The Cure.
*Footnote: The vintage, hybrid "Faguar" (as he dubs it) is included in the relatively recent book 108 Rock Star Guitars by Lisa S Johnson. The book also features one of Porl Thompson's white Schecter guitars with the custom graphics.

steve: But it is a hybrid, so not a pure Jag

salleygarden: I am no expert, but hashtags on feralpunk's Instagram include #fenderjaguar and #fendertelecaster among others, and it's called the "Faguar."
So I think maybe a Jaguar body, Tele neck, and who knows what other modifications? It's detailed in 108 Rock Star Guitars if anyone has a copy handy (mine isn't).
(The book misspells the guitar nickname as Faguer, though. Visual artists aren't always the best copy editors...)

Think I might move these guitar posts to the gear heads board in the morning. This is a really nice look at the Disintegration 2019 gear.
