Have you worked out if it's going to be a band line up or sound system? I can't tell :/
I didn't even think about that possibility. From what I've read, looks like Elizabeth Frazer will be on stage with them. I don't know, but such a tour, commemorating Mezzanine, sounds a bit weird to me that it could be done with just a sound system.
I love Mezzanine, but I really hope they will play more than just the complete album. I'm not a fan of these "album tours" where you know beforehand what they are going to play. I love to go to show and not knowing anything about the set list.
Yep. I waited this summer for them for almost two hours under a tent packed of people at 2am at Mad Cool and they didn't show up. It was frustrating. I really wanted to hear Heligoland and their last singles live.
But this Mezzanine anniversary will be a nice birthday. I saw them for the first time 20 years ago on that tour and it was jaw dropping.
I loved this when it came out, my memory seeing them is really blurry (it was at Glastonbury..) but they had a tent to themselves for 12 hours. I know the whole thing finished with Light My Fire and I had a great time!
