Pixies have gone from not recording at all to patchy albums and just released a great one. No reason why the Cure can't

I look forward to new material and hope that it will actually happen. I do think that that they still have a good album in them. It does sound like they may be reverting back to the something Pronography/Disintegration-like. In reality that probably means something similar to Bloodflowers. I love all those albums but hope that they actually do something new rather than go over the same old ground again. Then again, as long as the songs are good, I'm happy with anything they come up with.

The band have more unreleased albums than real albums.

Ha the noise album, their very own metal machine music/arc weld, can't wait for that one to never be released.

I'm looking forward to the follow up unreleased album, le fart, recorded in 4.1 surround quadraphonic sound from Bob's bathroom after a heavy king prawn vindaloo night and remastered by Giles Martin at Abbey Road Studios.

With a scratch n sniff album cover.
