Near Thunder Bay, Ontario, I pulled up to a beach and went swimming for an hour. I always forget the vastness of Lake Superior - it’s like being on the ocean.

He was really calm & I was able to get within centimetres of him to take the photo.
When I moved away he actually followed me. Not too close, but he was curious as to what I was doing. I think he got brave because he realised i wasn't going to hurt him at all. He is very handsome. Hope he's there when I go back this week to water the plants

Hard work.
Just replastered & painted the main wall & ceiling in the lounge as the guy who did it last year appeared to use silicon filler in places to fill cracks after I told him not to. O_o

So today's been all about getting all the dust from sanding cleaned up & putting furniture back.
I also managed to frame & mount some old photos I took of sunset over Balaton

Time to get off my trotters now though. They are yelling at me.

Nice work, steve! And those pictures are beautiful. You deserve a few drinks and a hammock lie down.

I've been doing a lot of home stuff lately, too. I had to sand down the interior of a water-damaged cabinet and use wood filler on it. I think it came out well, but will only be able to tell after a couple of paint coats. It's not quite as smooth as I'd like. Today I am cleaning grout.
