I didn´t find the time yet to do a full written interpretation, so I decided I´d do it bit by bit instead.
Like I said, there are 12 houses which represent certain parts of your persona each.
The first house is called the rising sign. It´s the star sign that was just rising above the horizon at the exact time you were born.
It is said to determine the way you look and the first expression people get from you, how you come across to others in general. You could say it´s the how you present yourselves to others. And for the cause of projection, it is also just the way you see the world.
Robert´s rising sign is Leo. A sign that is extremely proud and self-confident with a very big ego.
I know a lot of Leo rising persons, and thus I can tell those people have usually rather large shoulders, their hair is usually golden, reddish or red, and they always stand very upright and erect. People consider them natural leaders, and the ´bad´ things to say about them is that they can be very bossy and tend to overestimate themselves and their own abilities. (I´ve heard Leo risings tended to be superfluous, but that is definitely not true for those that I know!)
They are hearty, warm, loyal and positive people who have something childlike about them, too. Leo risings feel a strong need to be admired--and usually are! They just fall out whatever they´re doing. Somehow they just differ from the rest, coming to their looks.
Oh, and one could mention Leo risings share a certain way of smiling. I know you know what Robert´s smile looks like.
Robert has his Uranus in the first house, which means Uranus mixes with the way Robert sees the world and presents himself. Uranus is the planet that goes with Aquarius, a sign of wit and fun and diversity, also of shock , which makes Robert a witty person that likes to chat and regularly changes the way in which he sees the world. He´s also very spontaneous, I guess. As I guess you feel too, he sometimes comes across as pretty crazed. This constellation, furthermore, makes him approach people enjoying to provoke. And that makes one realize really not to believe his every word. Especially as Uranus is really the opposite of the Sun, the sign that belongs to the sign of Leo! This means his whole appearance is ambivalent... On one hand, he probably feels he needs to be admired and on the other hand doesn´t WANT to be stared at, one one hand he might want to be loved and on the other desire to just provoke and, somehow, be different no matter what.
[Let me know if what I write is intelligable, okay? I´m not sure I´m good at explaining this.]
