actually they are two TC official on-line shops. The U.K./European one which is managed by BSI merch and the U.S. one which runs by MusicToday.
I clicked a link and got to the official store (spent only a couple of seconds there) and then got this email.
I know it's not unique to this site, but I really hate this kind of marketing. I know I could use an incognito window but I'm not in the habit and am too lazy to always remember.
I was already sour on the official store and the emphasis on merchandise, but this kind of puts the nail in the coffin for me...

not fault of TC official store (UK or US)
so i guess we all have to get used to it
or just pretend that nothing is there and everything goes on (and on) like it was before...

Things will gonna be worse now on but 'they' will make you believe that everything is going on is for the things to be better in our everyday life.

Believe me, I’m well aware of this. I keep my private info as well hidden as possible. I don’t believe it’s necessary to accept that’s just how it is. I will exercise whatever choices I still have to maintain my privacy to the degree I’m comfortable with. Ask me how quick I am to cut ties with businesses that I feel abuse my right to privacy. I can live without buying useless crap based on my personal principles.

I just got some merch that was ordered on 05/11/23 tonight. It really wasn't Music Today that was the problem but the shipping process.
The last three days, the delivery date kept changing then UPS farms out the delivery to USPS and both UPS and USPS won't leave packages at the door because there have been too many thefts in this area.
Even though I live in a nice area in San Francisco people are stealing packages all over.
I also ordered a poster for the second day at Shoreline and a t shirt but they haven't shipped yet and I didn't want to carry a poster around with me at the show.
Now I need to order two frames for the posters.
As for the merch I think the prices are reasonable. I love the day of posters, it is like having a visual memory of the show I attended. Very cool.

I got the same message and was discussed by it. LA all 3 nights and San Francisco second night all are backed ordered..
