I was about to say nothing is as bad as 4:13 but then I remembered the self-titled one. Sometimes you can judge something by it's cover...
I think Bloodflowers beats them all. It looks like a bad bootleg to my eyes. I can see an idea behind Wish, 4:13 and the S/T. You may like it or not, but there is a certain intention. But… Bloodflowers? I will never understand that “artwork”.

It all went downhill after Faith tbh
Are you serious or joking? If so then it's interesting in a way. 1981~2022 you don't like but you still buy a lot of stuff.
Remind me please, you are a graphic designer if i recall well?
wish sleeve and the singles sleeves of the same era as well have been made by 'Parched Art' (aka Porl and Andy) You know them, pretty sure. In my opinion is their best effort through the years. Also the logo of the band is pretty smART. One single letter 'C' which combines so well together to represent the word CURE 4 x c actually.
Can't complain for the s/t sleeve either,it is what it says, made by children. Could have been drawnings of anyone's child.Songs aren't bad either even if they don't perform not even a single one of them during this Tour'22.
4:13 is weak yes.I believe that Porl tried to capture a 'Dream' his perhaps? A complicated person but talented for sure. But yes i agree, the BF sleeve looks like a bootleg one,not bad not so good either.
FabianG first said he didn’t like the Paris Cats poster: “I'm not fond of the chats amoureux poster.”
And after that, he said he also didn’t like the new rendition of the Wish Cure logo with the c filled in white: ”….and i don't like the cure logo with the white c and the addition of 30... (mr grumpy)“
That post is the one that led to my comment of the Wish artwork.

Yes, I’m a graphic designer and 3D virtual production designer. And yes, I’m aware of Parched Art, Andy and Porl since I was 15 years old. I managed to have a Cure record collection of more than 300 vinyl/cd/cassettes/bootlegs plus books, tour programs, lots of magazines, postcards and posters wich were all over the walls and ceiling of my teen years room. I was absolutely obsessed with the band, the band that changed my life in quite a few ways. I have spent a thousand hours looking all those record covers in my bedroom, loving lots of them, disliking others, but being fond of almost everything they released up to Disintegration. And I don’t think that entitles me more than anyone else to have a certain opinion or that mine may be more valuable. It just my opinion. But I just don’t agree with you that Wish is their best effort. I’m sorry, figie. In fact, I think it is their worst album cover up to that point. It is just a matter of taste. Cure C logo is indeed clever, although I don’t think it is particularly gook looking. And they even had to change the band’s name in order to use that logo design. They get rid of “The”. Hmmmmmm….
My personal favourite logo of those years is “The Head on the Door” one. I love that calligraphy. I also think is their best album cover. Also love the Kiss Me logo and writing. And so many others.
Parched art did things I adore (Head, Kiss Me, Caterpillar, Inbetween Days, Quadpus, Primary, Lovesong, Just like Heaven, Catch, The Top, Faith…) and some other I don’t really like (Hot Hot Hot, Why can’t I be you, The Walk, Lullaby, Lovecats, Close to me, 4:13 artwork and…. Wish).
About Disintegration cover: I hated it when it was released not because I didn’t like it, but because it was just Robert on the cover. I thought that was…I don’t know… cheap. Something I thought The Cure would never do. But the worst was still to come. BF…
