I knew better, so why, then, did I bother to place an order? A month later and my Sydney lithograph and calendar are still in process. Meanwhile, my husband placed an order that came in approximately 10 days after he ordered it...
Seems Bob's not happy with the typos in the Faith Calendar
He is incredible. Wow, he is so active as for himself... All those charities, all those 'PR' tweets at different occasions. IMHO he really helped to increase prices of many bidded items. All those political retweets... It's like a special press review
The calendar thing along with the craftwork instruction made my day. And in a couples of days it came back when my calendar finally arrived and I saw what he had been talking about actually. That's a little disaster indeed but I honestly like it. It goes together very well with twisted times we live in. I'll be looking at May date box with a smile and definitely not going to change it.
BTW, Merch Customer Service sent an e-mail to most likely all those who purchased the calendar with Rob's message and the link to the proper files on The Cure site. The issue was taken very seriously...
But I don't see And I don't feel But tightly hold up silently My hands before my fading eyes And in my eyes Your smile
I mistook stars reflected in a pond at night for those in the sky.
Anyone else having / or had order problems with the official Cure backstreet store?
My lovely wife ordered a surprise something for my birthday. It took them 4 weeks to email her to tell her the item was out of stock.
Looks bad for the band if the store is being run so badly...
That stinks. And you have a great wife!
There have been plenty of issues with the official store, unfortunately. Grievances aired throughout this thread. Things like broken items, ridiculously large tee shirts sold as dresses, shipping delays, etc.
In all fairness, I did email them about my late-coming calendar and lithograph earlier this month and receive a fairly timely response. I will PM you the email address from which I received the response.
I guess I am bothered on the whole by all the merchandising of the band, but being the sucker/hypocrite I am, I still have ordered plenty of stuff.

I did (again)
Had placed an order for a B/F tee ,more than a month ago...
No shipping confirmation.Waited patiently,e-mailed them a couple of times but got an automated response so i used the 'live-chat' of theirs.
Got a reply like : your size has been out of stock (even it it still seems like available on-line)
So they did refund (?) my original way of payment.
Have to wait for a week to pass so that the money will be visible back in my bank's account.
The second order i placed for a t-shirt (another print) hasn't been printed yet by their manufacturer so i've been asked to wait for three more weeks...
Thanks! and sorry to hear others have been experiencing store problems too (i looked back through the thread... wow) My wife is getting a refund now, so there’s a slightly happier ending!
