You know I think I AM allergic! I really am not a people person (unless of course i've had a bottle of wine and then I'd even talk to the wall!).
I am going to Switzerland with work next week. There is a 'team building' exercise on the Tuesday afternoon. I booked my flight so that i'd arrive in time for cocktails, but too late for team building. That's the sort of person I am!
Actually that back fired on me a bit as I since discovered that the team building is making chocolates in a chocolate factory...in Switzerland!! Massive fail on my part, but I couldn't take the risk that they'd want me to do something stupid.

I would do the same, I really don't like having to deal with people I don't know,know nothing about and more than likely will have nothing in common with.
Oh yes, I HATE that team building nonsense with the passion of a million burning suns. It's just stupid and it mainly consists of adults being forced to make utter fools of themselves. Neither funny nor uselful.

If I understood the Maz posts and the last this is about do stupid work meetings and worse, social events at work and talk stupid things with the right peoples about growing in team, is that right? Definitely I don't like it, I work alone e have my clients. I have free time to do my tasks.
Different of my wife, she works in big lab, many times I have to stay together her and go out for social events and dinners, it's so boring.
I HATE THIS SO MUCH!!!

I haven't a clue where Bern is? I will be in Zurich. Looks like I will be back there for 2 weeks again early next year too.
