Hey folks, was a pleasure to give you at least some scopes last night. And what a set…!!! After the incredible El Paso show this year I`ve already tried to get the setlist. But just a second before I could ask the guy on the soundboard he gave it to another fan. Last night after Boys Don`t Cry I left my place in one of the front rows and went to the soundboard. And yesterday I was quicker & lucky enough to get the trophy of this awesome show
So I traveled back from Munich with 2 more passengers on the train
a bit gutted that i could not follow the show last night, only inbetween peeks on twitter or periscope. what a wonderful set! thank you all for pics, scopes, thread... something for me to enjoy tonight!

Hehe, exactly Millhaus I should have said 'hello', but I was too scared! Only one person approached him while he sat in the restaurant surfing the web with his space grey Macbook (for those who wonder ), and one guy asked for a photo.
Wow. All alone and brooding. He is a vision in that horrible airport cafe. ...I probably would also be too shy to approach him, kauderwelsch. But you got to breathe the same air on the plane, between two lungs, haha.

i've met a lot of musicians in my former job & otherwise. they are just people. if you're polite & don't bug them when they are occupied most of the time they are quite nice & gracious. there are exceptions of course (hello anthony kiedis & david lee roth!). the classic example from a non work situation: my first trip to nyc i went to the movies with friends. whilst waiting for the movie to start a group of guys sat down in the row directly in front of us. 1 of them was trying to go icognito & sat down directly in front of me. turns out it was neil young! i didn't bug him but i was freaking out. i waited until after the film was over & spoke to him. he was very nice & appreciated that i didn't bother him during the film. fast forward several years: i was at a charity event where there was a meet & greet with neil. there were a bunch of pushy deadheads there & i was standing off to the side by myself. neil saw me & actually came over. he remembered me from the first meeting! so cool! btw: on that same nyc trip, i had a chance encounter with robert fripp. he was very nice & funny. it was an eventful trip!
