Hey everyone, only the second ever forum I've joined so please excuse if this post is lousy.
Love The Cure obviously, been a life long fan, literally. I'll be 24 in February and have been listening to the since I was born due to my parents love for them. My brothers and I used to go to sleep watching there music videos so I don't think I ever had the chance not to be a fan.. Anyways, with the chance to finally see them at the new tour with The Twilight Sad (who happen to be my second favorite band so I nearly had a meltdown when the tour was announced) I decided I need to talk to more than casual Cure fans to share in my utter excitement. I'll be going to the first of the Chicago shows this June!
I'm not really sure what else to say, maybe just a few facts about myself?
My names Ryan and as I said I'll be 24 here shortly. I live with my girlfriend of six years who I have successfully turned into a Cure fan. The first Christmas present she got me actually is a Bloodflowers vinyl which is my prized possession.
I have a near encyclopedic knowledge of the Cure that I hope to put to good use here through conversation with you all.
