New season, new companion (although I had a soft spot for Clara). A brief bit of Joy Division early on & a new take on the "it's bigger on the inside" line. Completely brilliant.
Okay, I'm warming to Bill now. She's brilliantly indifferent about all the awesomeness of everything. Who do you think they have in the vault? I was thinking it could be River, but now I reckon it could be The Master

My local PBS is replaying all of the Fourth Doctor's episodes, and I'm loving them. Tom Baker was the doctor that I stayed up late to watch as a kiddie.
Sadly, I fell way behind on the new Doctor Who because BBC America is utter crap. Should check Netflix I suppose...
We've drifted off a bit this season, I like all the component parts but something about it is a bit too formula. But I do like a regeneration ao fingers crossed for next week (and xmas?)

I think what I find alluring is the episodes that continue. When I grew up with the show it would be Pertwee & Baker on a 4 episode adventure & this is the first time in a while we've seen a multi episode thing without some fantastical arc embedded into the whole season
