Thanks, sandgrounder . Our son is doing much better and the person who used the phrase "prodromal psychosis" was incorrect, according to his main clinician. It was unnecessary for that person to scare us so much and it ended up with our kid being unmedicated for over a week, which was no good for anyone. Live and learn.

There are too many people in this world with fancy work titles. My son who nearly died a few years ago from anorexia was diagnosed recently by an expert as being 'on the spectrum '. Aren't we all on the spectrum?
