Thank you for this - I've been alive 41 years and yet twice a year I still struggle to understand whether this clock-changey-thingy means more sleep or not.
Not that it makes any difference with a 4 year-old in the house - she will no doubt wake me up at stupid o'clock, regardless...

See, you'd think it would be...but I think along the lines of, 'Spring Forward, so that means the clocks go forward, which means when the alarm goes off at 6, it is really 5 - oh, wait, or is it 7?' and so on, until my brain explodes...yep - twice a year...
