I do not know if I'm on the right thread, but I'm wondering if anyone know of a good anti virus, mine was perfect, but since a few months, whenever I do a scan, it detects viruses "trojan" etc ... and my computer does not stop to turn off !!!!!
It sounds like it's too late but in the past I've used Kaspersky, but currently have Bullguard. However, it sounds like you need to remove an existing virus so maybe best to google it, using the virus name and various messages that you're seeing. That might reveal some removal tips.

my anti virus does not remove viruses when he find one, he put in quarantine, but i think that whenever i do a scan, i see the same virus!
I will try to do what you said with Google, thanks for your advices !!
Removing the virus and putting it in quarantine are 2 different things. If it's in quarantine, I think it means it still exists but is not doing anything harmful. However, if you want to completely remove it, you will have to find a set of instructions to do that, normally editing the registry. I'm sure someone can correct me if they have more experience.

when i do a search , they ask me to clean mu laptop with FakeAlertRemover, i think i will try with your link.it seem more easy, i don't want to start download software that I know
You should be able to set the virus software to immediately delete threats & so bypass the quarantine step completely. The trouble is, it may sometimes see legitimate applications as viruses. Also a good idea to scan anything you download before opening/ running/ installing.

Paul put a link and I followed the instructions, apparently, it works, I'll see if my anti virus functions allow me to configure !! before, I had the option to delete but apparently not anymore. Regarding, scan everything I download my software does, but apparently it is not very effective...
