I'm a Sagittarius so maybe that's why I feel like I want to come out and say this...
I find this tour appalling.* S&TB will always be one of my favorite bands but I don't think you should go on tour if you can't sing. I find her voice and inability to stay on key terrible. It sounds like someone who can't sing well singing karaoke, to me. Never in a million years would I pay to see this, even if I love her old music.
That being said, I understand this tour is bringing a lot of people pleasure. I hope they continue to enjoy her performances.
*This is just my opinion. I realize my opinion isn't right or wrong, but it's mine.

Agreed. There are tapes of her Cruel World set out there. Her voice is gone. I saw her on the first Lollapalooza & she was great. That was a long time ago though. There are some artists out there who should retire rather than embarass themselves. Due to financial & health reasons, I've drawn a line in the sand about nostalgia acts. If an artist still sounds good & has put out good new music fairly recently, cool. For instance, Iggy Pop put out a great new record & still sounds excellent. He's not stage diving anymore but he kept that up longer than most would. I'm giving the Cure a pass as the new material is sounding great live even if it hasn't been released yet. & Robert sounds remarkable.

I totally understand the sentiment. I struggle with seeing some of my past favorites live these days – Siouxsie was an exception because it was a festival. My friend Eric adores her, but her voice is not as good as it has been. The last show I saw her at (the Creatures) she had some noticeably off-key moments. I'm am happy for those that love her, but I might have to bow out on any new Siouxsie shows, it's just too painful.

She sounds terrible. I think the reason Robert still sounds great is because he keeps singing. If you stop singing you lose it. It's like your muscles, use them or lose them. I like her music but I'm not fond of her tbh.
"The Banshees surrogates onstage did a fine job duplicating the glassy guitar, the pummel-drone of the bass and the tumbly-tribal rhythms. Siouxsie’s return was a qualified triumph. With a glorious rendition of “Happy House” and the stunning encores “Spellbound” and “Israel,” the idol earned her ovation." - Simon Reynolds in the Los Angeles Times, May 22, 2023.
I saw the Milano concert and Siouxsie sang perfectly well in key. Brilliant setlist with a unexpected great rendition of Land's End. Everyone who attended the show was enraptured.
