I just upgraded to iOS 7.1.2.
Except I didn't because it crashed half way through the progress bar.
Reading the Interweb, it seems to be a common problem and the recommended fix is hard reboot and trying again.
That's great, but my lock button died months ago so I can't do a hard reboot
