I actually quite like early DM and saw them on their last tour. Slightly underwhelmed by the show and I’m more of a Martin woman, but I certainly don’t dislike DG. You can tell he relishes the screaming crowds, and given his chosen profession, “ain’t nothing wrong with that.” He knows how to work a crowd and is certainly no shrinking violet.

Thanks for clarifying that but once again - I didn't insult anyone and if I did, please quote what it was. Theoretically, if Dave Gahan was a member of this forum, would you ask notkristie to stop calling him 'attention seeking whore'? Of course you would but as long as he's not here it's ok to throw some Shirt on him. Would you correct me if I post a comment on one of The Cure videos on this forum: ''Seeing the beginning, all I can think is, Robert Smith is fat, manneristic c**t (Apologies Robert, you're a beautiful person inside and out)? I bet you would give me a ban.
Anyway, I start seeing what goes on here - it's called The Internet

that's 1 of the good things about this site. it's a shelter compared to other fan sites. i post on a few others but far more here. for instance, NIN is another fave band. the fan site for them isn't for the meek which is fine but it can get tiresome. i like how here people can disagree without things getting personal or nasty. for instance, i can't stand DM or the Mission & steve doesn't care for NIN or Nick Cave. we have some fun with that but with humour & respect. i've stopped posting at some sites because it was just too nasty. who needs that, i get plenty at work.
