Whilst I understand the outcry from Liverpool over the "offside" goal completely missed by VAR, Sky Sports News and all the sports media backing them up. Why weren't Arsenal backed by the media last season?? The draw with Brentford when their equaliser was so obviously offside, he was so far offside he wasn't even in the phot VAR used, so they drew the line on the onside player and the goal stood. That was part of Arsenal's capitulation, a win and things may have ended differently, probably wouldn't have, but who knows? Yes I know, I don't really need a reason to moan.

Yes but, where was Howard Webb with his list of excuses, or Sky Sports mentioning a replay??
It's only this new season Webb's been in everyone's face about all this. What with the stopping the clock for all non game time & so on, he's been in the spotlight more. Last season he was largely kept hidden away.
If Raya keeps his place after another woeful performance there's something going on we don't know anything about, he has made mistakes against Lens, Manchester City and Chelsea, cost us the game at Lens, almost gifted Manchester City a goal and did gift Chelsea a goal. If Ramsdale isn't reinstated I can see him asking to leave, especially as Arteta said nobody in the first team is untouchable, their places are always under threat.
