As soon as the England team was announced Sky Sports went into overdrive, complaining that Rashford had been dropped for Saka, it's utter garbage - Saka is a right winger, Rashford isn't.
Okay so I may be a bit biased, but, how is Richarlison escaping all criticism for his actions against Arsenal?? First he slaps Tomiyasu's arms away on the touchline, then the incident at the end where he puts his hands in Ramsdale's face and shoves him. Bizarrely, Ramsdale seems to be getting blamed for Richarlison acting like a petulant child and also blamed for the attack on himself, I just don't get it!!
Us Arsenal fans have been saying for a while, Arsenal are treated differently, now it seems to be true. Every game has players surrounding the ref, only Arsenal get charged - even Keith Hackett came out in support, there's no mention of any charges against Tottenham for Sunday's incidents, if Xhaka had done the same as Richarlison he would have received a red card, guaranteed, if the "skirmish" at the end had happened at Arsenal, charges would have been announced already.
I see Gareth Southgate was at the Arsenal v Manchester United game, do you think he has finally realised Saka and Rashford play on different wings?? We would have won the World Cup, guaranteed, honest, perhaps, maybe, oh okay probably not .......
I'm bemused some of the charges relate to 2009!! I hope they get kicked out of European competition and relegated.
Chelsea next ...
They're a different argument though. They're not a "state sponsored" club. & the FFP rules state that the clubs can't exceed losses unless the owner can cover those debts. What FFP FC seem to have done is basically not disclosed what they were asked to & it looks like they're covering up influxes of cash from the UAE making it look like they are not incurring huge losses while, in fact, they're effectively being shored up by government money that's being funnelled into their sponsorship deals under false pretences. Chelsea aren't doing that. At worst, they could have been laundering money (although I think that's basically a pretty weak conspiracy theory), but Abramovich was uber loaded & could cover any debts without breaking a sweat. However, sanctions really threw a spanner in the works on that score & he had to sell or they would have been really shafted as he wasn't able to cover any shortfall any more. Boehly's consortium are also not short of a bob or two between them & aren't a government sponsored entity & that's a massive difference.
