It's kind of like Jagermeister, but not atrocious. It has an anise flavor and is really warming. It also gives me a "jolly drunk." Save

I suspect the "jolly drunk" part of it is why it has to be ouzo Back in the day, whiskey or vodka was my "jolly"...not continental enough to like that licorice taste
