faith is the most depressing cure song... just... what?
// swimming the same deep water as you is hard //
// nothing left but faith //
// dropping through sky / through the glass of the roof / through the roof of your mouth / through the mouth of your eye / through the eye of the needle / it’s easier for me to get closer to heaven than to ever feel whole again //
This line just makes me so unbelievably happy and giggly:
//And sometimes we would spend the night
Just rolling about on the floor And I remember even though it felt soft at the time
I always used to wake up sore//
isn't that the cutest line ever? "Catch" is just an incomprehensibly amazing song (especially the version from In Orange). I love it so much. And his adorable little dance he does in concert? Simply amazing.
I'm not sure they played 1987 catch in Orange 1986! Maybe you mean Paris version? It is a gorgeous song and very underplayed. Always seems to be jlh hot wciby singles played instead.
Fave version for me had to be the hilarious glasto 90 spirit of Hendrix bum solo one.
