It's such a wonderfully chaotic video, that somehow captures the mood of the song beautifully.
I like it but it's not in my top 3. I was going for production value. A combo of songs and video production, style, interest etc... It's definitely higher than Lovesong with that cave and those, um, "rock formations" ahem.
Real question had to be this : Which one is the best ? 'Lullaby' or 'Friday i'm in love' ? Because, you know every single work of Tim Pope with the band (no matter who was in/out at the time) was almost excellent but I feel like those two are the best ones, with all the respect to cats,butterflies,socks,wardrobes,bear-suits and Octopus ouh yes I forgot the snake.
Oh this is difficult. I generally don't really rate videos that just show the band pretending to play the song in various settings. So that's most of their videos really.
My vote goes for:
Close to me Lullaby Never enough
Who directed the WMS videos? I love Mint Car (the video, the song not so much).

I have always loved the video for Never Enough, too. Not their best song, but Robert as the side show lady winking always cracks me up. Plus, he looks great in black lipstick.

Totally agree. Not my favourite song either but the video is a lot of fun.
