I really liked the Sopranos ending. It made you use your imagination. So many series enders are just maudlin. There are so many bad ones especially when a series just stops unplanned with no resolution. As I indicated on the GoT thread, I'm good with how that ended. Probabably could've been better but there were many good moments. They could've totally messed it up but I don't think they did.

Hmm, worst I think I would have to give to How I Met Your Mother. It's been a while since I saw it (when it aired), but I remember it feeling sort of disingenuous and it also felt like the writers refused to move away from their intended ending if the show had ended after a couple of seasons, but since it lasted a lot longer the intended ending no longer worked.
From what I've heard Dexter's finale is supposed to be really bad too, but I fell of watching Dexter before the last couple of seasons and have been heavily encouraged to not watch the rest of the show that I haven't watched, so I'm heeding that advice.
Best I think I'll give to Hannibal. Great direction, great cinematography and beautiful and satisfying storytelling. And then just to top it off, new music with Siouxsie!
I enjoyed all 6 seasons of Lost and will fight anyone who claims they were making it up on the hoof.
I'd agree with you there. It wasn't what I hoped for the ending but it was still appropriate and I agree that was where they were heading all along. I did wish they answered more of the questions/mysteries but there were so many that they couldn't possibly hit them all!
