This year on Easter weekend 2019, like every year, we will celebrate the 60th birthday of The Cure’s frontman Robert Smith. And that’s not all, we have three more good reasons to celebrate like we´ve done in the past years: The 30th anniversary of the release of the eighth studio album and timeless masterpiece “Disintegration”, as well as the 15th edition party series of “A Strange Night” and last but not least celebrating ourselves.
Cure fans from all over the world will be attending, adding ambiance, atmosphere and cult to the party. We will celebrate in two of Berlin’s attractive S-Bahn / city railway undergrounds {right next to each other}; Marie-Antoinette“ and „Fitzroy“, right between Alexanderplatz and Ostkreuz in pure old-Berlin nostalgic flair, right into the wee hours of the morning.

The Cure experts :dark sounds: (LPZ), Knüpfi (LPZ) und Wilco are once more responsible for the music, and apart from the unavoidable hits they will also reach deep into their music box and play B-sides, rarities, remixes and as well as Cure related stuff from the likes of The Glove, Siouxsie (The Banshees & Other Creatures), The Cranes…
Floor Fitzroy : Just Like The Old Days
The music-lovers from the very early days of “dark music” DJ Ørlög ( Montag-Duncker – Blüthenrausch – Dark Friday) & DJ Ragnar (Monster Mash – Blüthenrausch – Dark Friday – Angstpop – In The Air Tonight, 80er Party im Bassy Club – Live Club) will be playing a varied mix of Goth Rock, Post-Punk, Cold & Synthwave, Indie and Classix.
Cure fans from all over the world will be attending, adding ambiance, atmosphere and cult to the party.
