Some nice moments for 2018: Feb 4th - Kraftwerk in Dresden April 30th - Metallica in Leipzig July 2nd - NIN in Berlin July 7th - Cure + x in London
think you read that I thought NIN in October was 1 of the best shows I've seen. & I've seen them many times going back to first show of downward spiral tour. I also saw Metallica this summer & it was a great show. seen them a lot, too. this time was real nice mix of old & new stuff. they were playing great.
I'm contemplating Lenny Kravitz in Budapest. Seen him a couple of times & he was brilliant, but the last time I saw him he did start getting a bit "praise be to god" & that was pretty off putting.

i saw him open for your fave U2 on the 360 tour. he was very good. opening set meant it was all hits. when he first came out, he played a tiny club in seattle. i looked next to me & lisa bonet was there dancing. inspirational in a different way than you described haha.
i'm going to try for War on Drugs tickets today. show is in september. small hall, will sell out quick
Good luck with the tix!
Just got tix for The Revolution (of Prince fame) for next Feb
this is in a large theater. the floor is GA standing, balcony reserved. i got 5th row in the center of balcony. perfect. service charges were close to $20 a ticket. really dislike ticketmaster.

More than I expected! It's a massive room though :/
Yeah. 12500 is fairly large, but I've seen him at Wembley & he filled that. With sound too. He does pack a punch. Just wish he'd lay off with the religious BS. I'm going to a gig, not a church.

A retrospective post.... went to Splendour festival yesterday just outside Nottingham, mainly because Steve was playing with Embrace, who were on one before the Stranglers... I’ll just leave these here... <3
