There are some competing interests (ahem, something about foots and cups?)...and many people traveling very far, so folks will be tired or trying to squeeze in some sightseeing. I would propose we cut it back to just 1 or 2 bars actually instead of a 3 pub crawl. Seems like one should spend at least 1 or 1.5 hours at each location to give people enough time to enjoy a drink, but also not get too happy, if you know what I mean
Here's what I would propose: Meet-up at one pub with good food options so people can grab dinner. 4:30-6:30 (this gives an extra hour before the show for people who want to linger at the pub or people who like to get to the venue early to leave) If that's not enough, we could add the option of a shorter 1 hour meet-up at a different pub for those who want to come to that too. 3:30-4:30. Seems like a lot though, when I think of the day as a whole.
czuczu, as a local, what are your thoughts on this?
I would say keep it simple, less bars is good! Pick an early decent bar to start and then have a time for moving to south bank, it's worth seeing and a nice place to hang out. Also there are bands to watch plus lots of food and drinks before the main event.
Also, if you want want merch it is selling out v early.

Good points. Sounds like 1 pub for a couple hours would be the best choice. I personally like to get to the venue early. How does 4-6pm sound? I'm open to time suggestions for those who have strong feelings.

LOL, should I be worried that I've been called the group mom on multiple occasions? hmmm
I propose then that the meet up is from 4pm-6pm at St. Stephens next to Big Ben. Will be a very pretty walk with some major sights to the venue post-meet up

Thanks, Mum!
I'll endeavour to make it to St Stephen's but if it's tight on time them I can def do RFH at 6ish - I have to go past it to get to Westminster anyway. And I need to find pillowman somewhere
