I've been offered an e-ticket from someone in FB group (face value of course). I've never brought a ticket other than from a venue so I'm not sure about the safest way to make the transaction and also concerned about whether I'll get in if I'm not with the original purchaser.
Basically, I'm very concerned and naive about everything to do with resells! Any advice gratefully received!

That he/she is selling face value is a indication for an reliable person. A scalper would try to make as much profit as possible. Do you know if he or she will be there too? Maybe the seat next to you? If the seller is offereing a paypal transfer you should be safe.
On the other hand: e-tickets can be copied easily and only the first person who uses the barcode will get in.
Summary: If you are not from South America, Australia or Reunion you should use this opportunity to be part of this special event. Worst case is you won't get in wich means flight plus hotel costs for a nice trip to London...

Thanks #Snoopy. They are a regular in a Cure fan group and they going as well and have offered to exchange in person, so it's either take a chance of them not turning up or them emailing it to me and not getting in because it's not me name on the ticket. I fret too much I know!
