There's absolutely nothing wrong with the original album The production is fantastic & the dynamic range is just fine. I hope the remaster doesn't detract from that at all
True.You are absolutely right. It is just that a lot of us,i guess, want to get the double (?) edition of it (if ever will be released) and own the rare stuff,like 'Lost Wishes' for example. Some demos from this period wouldn't hurt either. By the way i hope they will work with Dave Allen again, as a producer for their new songs.

Not really. Of the 4 albums you mention, The Cure has the best dynamic range. WMS & BF are nowhere near as well produced & are compressed a lot more than The Cure 4:13 has the worst dynamic range of the lot.
