Mind you I'm old enough to have seen them first time round so it's not like I need to tick them off the list or anything. Saw them before I saw The Cure! (by about 2 weeks I think)
Not going when they come here. I'm too po'd at PM's behavior to support him anymore.
It’s sometimes difficult to separate the artist from the art.
It's true, although at this point I consider PM in Bauhuas a nostalgia act more than an "artist" in the true sense. I'm not aware they're producing or performing new material, of course I could be wrong about that. I guess PM has been active in his solo career in the past decade. It will suck not to see the rest of the band, though.
Which reminds me: I would hate to see another band recede into nostalgia act territory for lack of new material...

I can usually separate the art from the artist depending on how bad the artist is as a person because after all if I like someone's music, movies etc... it's going to make me happy. But if they are a total racists, chauvinistic jerk like Moz, no way. Peter is not that way but he can be a bit of a diva. I'd go if the price was better. I'd pay those prices for The Cure but not Bauhaus. Now Zeppelin? Depending on how long they wait, mebbe. (yes I know the point of no return has passed for them but I'm just making a point)
