Oh noes I bought the t-shirt dress, but I haven't got it yet (I live outside the EU so it usually takes a bit more time to get here). Now I'm kinda terrified of what it will look like on... Though since I'm kinda short, maybe I can make it work?
maybe but it is just like square, was so much lookig forward to it 😖 but there is nothing dress like about it. considering the price it is just ridiculous how this is produced.
Yeah, for the price it looks ridiculous! Just hoping there is something to salvage... But, lesson learned: stay away from the online store! Should have learnt when I discovered that the merch I bought in person this summer seems to be of better quality (and sizing) than the online store.
cause i like to collect them, send them to friends as something analogue and special, and put the buttons/badges on my cardigans, pullovers or dresses if they are worth it.
I really liked the Sydney merch but not having been lucky / rich / devoted enough to attend in person no way was I going to risk wasting money on something that could have been unwearable
'Someone' has to agree on a deal so that a company sells TC merch on behalf of TC, I guess he/she kind of verifies that the merch is going to be of good quality, whom is it? Then I suppose he/she left it in the hand of the merch company, he/she doesn't verify all the items all the time, he/she believes in the company. What surprises me is that the company agrees to buy these poor prints from and dare sell them, that's bad publicity not only for the band but for themselves too.
Looking at their twitter feed it seems Steve is directing anyone with a query or complaint to either their farcebook page or to email them. If anyone's going the FB route, feel free to link to the post on the TCC FB page as it has some photos.
That is a good comparison. It's almost as if they have a load of t shirts with the wrong size label in them & thought, "I know. We can flog them off as dresses." So far I've not heard a single good word on these garments.

Yeah looking at the graphic that advertised it (obvs a digital rendering of it), it does start to seem sketchy as the only actual dress that comes up on backstreet merch's site looks like this (though that seems digital as well, but completely different still!)

Yep. That's nothing like what is being shipped. Both graphics look like dresses to me. What everyone's getting just look like big t shirts
Same as the mug (it doesn't even fold), on the site you can see it's a 'standard' black dress on which they just ad whichever band logo on the computer image, it's not the actual produced garment, but here the manufacturer obviously did a mistake and printed XX(X)L t-shirts, just them as such at reduce price and re-do the dress

To be fair with BSiM,just today i received what i've ordered for. A pink crewneck t-shirt,size Medium 100% cotton with the debut album sleeve as a print on the front. I received what i paid (and expected) for. Delivery was fair as well, not customs or anything like that.It has been shipped from The U.K.
