I can only name 2 tracks from self-titled, I just cannot get into it at all. I'm slightly better with WMS but not much. A lot of the post-95 Join The Dots stuff is not great.
When you say you don't like these songs, are these songs you are systematically skipping when listening or songs you don't really care?
Indeed, the Cure songs i'm often skipping are not that numerous: Give Me It, Round And Round And Round, Gone! . Then there are the songs that I have skipped in the past but today, I like some and some just do nothing to me (Dressing Up, The Top, Hey You, The 13th...). I must say I have the two last albums but I have maybe listened to them 2 or 3 times and can't remember much of it, just thinking most of the tracks are in the "skipping" or the "doing nothing" categories. Maybe one day, i will try to listen to these two albums once again.

I have to say that from my list, it's not so much a matter of skipping because the albums most of my songs come from are simply those I never, ever play (self titled, 4:13, and WMS).
I occasionally play a couple of tracks from WMS when I'm in the mood for them (Want is fantastic, Jupiter Crash is beautiful, Gone! when I need to send myself a certain message, and Strange Attraction is such a sweet little story). Never, ever do I play self titled or 4:13. Save

They're mostly songs that I don't even notice are on - they just blur into a big mulch of meh - I don't really skip them if they come on, I just stop listening.
I'd bet the first 5-10 seconds of Round and Round have had a lot more airplay than the rest of the song for most Cure fans!
Watching Picture Show endlessly in my younger years made me love Harold and Joe... I can't really hate a song, if I don't like it I just don't listen to it. Never springs to mind in this category. Maybe I should give it another try? 2004 was a long time ago.
I really hate most of Wild Mood Swins, but I actually love Club America. He uses the same voice on Harold And Joe, I can't stand that one.
My most hated songs are Strange Attraction, Dredd Song Just Say Yes and Young Americans.
I pretty much dig an awful lot of The Cure's music
Ohhh I really love the Cure’s version og Young Americans, except the saxophones...
I do like what they did with it. It's like two Bowie covers in one. Musically it is a cover of Bowie's "The Wedding' from his Black Tie/White Noise album.

I've always loved Harold and Joe, in part because the first guy I was head over heels for at 16 (who did his hair up like RS to impress me one day) was named Joe. Also because it's such a happy, lighthearted little ditty. It's impossible for me to be in a bad mood and listen to H&J.
Next time I listen to it, I'll have to compare his voice in it to Club America. I don't love Club America, but it isn't among my "most hated." Save

I always skip round and round and dressing up. I don't always skip Plainsong. I must say for me Plainsong is way better in person.
