Club America...huge let down after a brilliant album opener "Want".
Hi Indi14! Totally agree with you, Want is so amazing, one of my favorite album starters. Then Robert starts singing in that in that voice not meant to be his own...gotta skip.

Just press eject right there really. Even Want is a bit iffy. Live it's huge. In the studio it's really not that great.

Hmmmm...I would argue that almost any Cure song I've heard performed live, I like better than the studio version. Especially the super angsty and emotive songs! They are such a phenomenal live band (from film of course, since I've never actually seen them live, ha!). But I certainly don't dislike the studio version of Want. Agree to disagree I guess! :-)
There are definitely of course songs I like less and songs I like more and songs I absolutely adore and songs I just don't bother with ever, but overall thinking of Cure songs I actively dislike there are really only 2:
Round & Round & Round Just Say Yes
(Sorry I didn't copy the whole list; it seemed excessive for my 2 songs. Plus it makes me a little sad some of the songs I really love being on the list that other people hate.)
Unfortunately most of the Wild Mood Swing and 4:13 album ...
Disagree. Both of those two records have got a lot of good moments. If you ask me (and it is ironic in a way) I think the weakest record of The Cure is . . . the self-titled. I don't mean that I don't like it though because I do like it. Love them all. They are unique in their own existence.
