Well, as you can see, I have it listed on that release entry, but no one mentions the translucent vinyl. So I guess is that there are two versions of it.
What are the matrix numbers & track listing on the labels?
May just be me being suspicious but, they look to be pictures of two different vinyls. The first picture shows a big gap of clear vinyl, clear as in "no grooves" around the label, the second picture has virtually no gap.
Haha, yes, you're being too suspicious. It's the same vinyl, I have no need to fool anybody. What you see in the second picture is the same gap, with the run out grooves. There's no music there.
That's really odd. The print layout different to the one on discogs & the one here
Should be a line space under "Produced by..." & not under "published by..." & the 1/3 should also be a lot smaller. No idea what the GR means, but as you said, it's missing. Also weird to see the "Distributed by..." info around the bottom of the label & not the top. Anything odd on the sleeve at all? I mean apart from a badly drawn octopus.
your name...like ice into my heart...a shllow grave...a monument to the ruined age...ice in my eyes...and eyes like ice don't move...screaming at the moon...as cold as silence...and you never will say a word...this is my name...and a strange day...ever and ever and ever again......

I love a good mystery
Yeah, it's an odd one, indeed. It seems clear that Canada made at least two different pressings of it.
As far as I can see, sleeve and backsleeve are exactly the same as the discogs one. The only thing I can't compare it's the spine, but I suppose it will be the same as well. Mine has "THE CURE · QUADPUS" written on top spine, "96 68560" in the middle, then "ELEKTRA", and on bottom spine there's a circular logo and "PRINTED IN CANADA". Everything is written on a condensed bold typeface, except "PRINTED IN CANADA" wich is a regular typeface in a smaller size.

Could be that 2 different printing companies were used & maybe got slightly different artwork to run with I suppose. & maybe the GR signifies the pressing plant. Although I wouldn't have thought that would have been a huge run big enough to use more than one pressing plant.
